Shubhangi (Kajol) and Sanjana (Kriti Sanon) are two women from very different backgrounds, brought together by fate and a common interest in solving an old, forgotten murder case. While Shubhangi is a crime novelist, Sanjana is a spirited investigative journalist. The unlikely duo teams up to investigate the mysterious murder of a man in a quiet village in Himachal Pradesh. As they begin their investigation, they discover that the case is full of twists and turns, and the people in the village are hiding secrets.
